Covid-19 – Please be aware that we are still shipping orders, however Courier services are experiencing delays so orders may take longer to be delivered.

Ireland – Please note we are not currently shipping to The Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.

Please note: Any orders placed after 2pm on Friday and throughout Saturday and Sunday will not be processed until the following Monday morning.

This delivery information only applies to the Oaklands Country Supplies website (www.oaklandscountrysupplies.co.uk) and outlines delivery information and forms part of our Terms and Conditions.

Carriage charges for all goods are calculated based on the weight of your items, and are quoted including VAT in the shopping basket.

No goods will be shipped without payment in full by credit/debit card.

Goods are despatched next working day when in stock, via Royal Mail/Courier usually on a standard delivery. We will only deliver goods to the address on the order.

If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you will be charged for both delivery and collection cost.

We can only agree delivery dates and book them with our delivery companies. We cannot guarantee that there will not be extenuating circumstances which mean the delivery companies cannot make the delivery on that day e.g. traffic accidents, flooding, vehicle breakdown. This is very rare and 99% of our deliveries are made on time. Please do call us as soon as possible if there are any delivery company issues, we make every effort to solve problems as a matter of urgency.

If you are unavailable when our delivery partner tries to deliver your order, they will usually try to deliver again the next working day or they will drop a card in to offer you a collection from a local collection point. If you should refuse delivery of goods, or are not available to accept the delivery on both delivery attempts, you will be required to cover any extra costs incurred.

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions you agree that proof of delivery by our delivery company is sufficient evidence that the goods have been received. If you give us instructions for the goods to be left in a safe place at your property then Oaklands Country Supplies cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage once delivered.
